Gunpla has become a rapidly growing hobby in the United States, with local communities sprouting all over. With gunpla growing in Oklahoma, we realized a need for a group that is supportive and collaborative to get more people excited about the hobby, AND a space to grow.

Enter OK Newtype (OKNT), a supportive group of gunpla builders of all levels coming together. With OKNT came the Newtype Cup, a yearly model show to showcase modelers builds from all over Oklahoma and surrounding states, and promote growth in the hobby.
